Semi Public Punishment This is a movie about the importance of proper clothing. Sophia waits for the Headmaster perched on a windowsill. They agree that Sophie has a problem with wearing the proper clothing and is headed for a punishment. But she protests when Headmaster insists that she open the windows so the world can hear her distress. She’s leaned over the sill, raising her short skirt until we can see her panties. From outside passerby can barely see her grimaces. Headmaster Tom carries on with the paddling, removing clothing until the paddle strikes bare skin.
